If being close to downtown activities, workplaces and cultural attractions matters to you, Bentonville may deserve a closer look. But block-by-block traffic, commute routes, and housing options vary, so try your real commute during the hours you would actually travel.

Bella Vista is especially appealing to people who enjoy trails, golf and lake recreation. The Bella Vista Property Owners Association describes seven lakes, golf courses and an extensive trail network.
